We would like the option to have an Admin account for the Team where you can manage the licenses, plus share recordings/notes/transcripts, etc. and create access levels or access groups.

   Part of this exists: team plans with license management and an admin usage view (app.wave.co/teams). Shared libraries and access groups across a team aren't built yet — that's the next layer and it's noted.

   Hi folks, we’re very interested in a shared session space so we can share transcripts of meetings across our small team. We have multiple meetings daily, and we feed it into our LLM knowledge base to answer questions in the future. We also programmatically transcribe videos and would love that to be shared as well.
