Visible folders in main list

The main recording list would be great to see if the recordings are saved in which folder, so that one can easily recognize those that are not saved in any folder.

This is live on all three surfaces now. Every row in the main list shows a colour dot and the folder name (with +N when a session sits in more than one folder), so you can see at a glance what's filed and what isn't. The Unsorted filter is still there for the ones with no folder at all. Phone 4.0.0 and up, desktop 2.2.2 and up, and the web app.
