Remove swipe down to close transcript

Swiping down in the app takes you back to the previous page even when you are only trying to scroll back up to the top of the page. It happens often in the transcript page, when reading through the summary. When reviewing a transcript and the page is stopped, if you swipe down (to go up the page), the page disappears and takes you back to the list of recordings. If you scroll up first and don't allow the page to stop, you can scroll down the page without closing. It also happens in the settings. (Android)

Understood — the swipe-down-to-dismiss gesture fights with scrolling back up on Android. Leaving this open as a UX fix; it shouldn't trigger from a scroll.
