PRE-REC INPUTS
> Request: An option to inform Wave of details about a recording BEFORE it is made. > Objective: To optimize the outputs, both the transcription and summary. > Examples: We could provide information beforehand such as speaker names, topic, context, technical terms, specific terminology, company name, job titles, the purpose of the interaction, keywords to look for, background information, what or who will be discussed, event, historic, codes, important facts, etc... Whatever the user finds relevant. > Expectation: Fewer transcription errors (which end up "polluting" the summaries), more assertive summaries aligned with the user's objective, less need for post-editing, better customized summaries, improved understanding of terms in languages that are more difficult to transcribe, "shortens the path" for interpretation by Wave (I imagine that this can reduce the use of data processing resources & present gains in speed)... among other benefits... Overall, I believe that using this option would actually make Wave's work easier while also allowing it to deliver an even better job. What do you think? Makes sense? ✌️ Bruno 🇧🇷
