While voice recording, simply point and shoot as if you were recording a video. At summary, it will take a photo itself from the video and match with the audio. A normal wave report would be generated with the addition of photos following the sections of text.

Most of this exists: add photos during a recording and they're woven into the session (help.wave.co: adding photos to your recordings). Auto-pulling frames from a video feed isn't something we do, but point-and-shoot during recording is exactly the flow that photos cover.
