NOT WORKING!!!
App not transcribing!!! Just started using app. First recording. Transcribe won’t complete. Not good. About to delete and review. Is there a fix??

We had an outage yesterday (October 8th) from about 1-2pm but recordings from that time period were processed later in the day and should be in your account now. @PAULINA BROOK you should be good to go. Chat me on support if not?
