We use a vast amount of virtual assistants in online court proceedings. The feature where one can name the assistant is brilliant. However, it would be great to be able to upload a profile Pic for the assistant, as that would elevate the professionality in having a brand identified bot in the hearings / meetings.

Done — you can now choose what the bot shows when it joins. Pick one of six presets (Wave logo, Wave light, Recording mic, Taking notes, Recording notice, Discreet dot) or upload your own image — a firm logo works well — and choose Fill the frame or Fit with background. The default is still name-only. Where: iPhone/Android 3.9.8 → Meetings tab → Calendar & Bot Settings → Bot appearance (it's on the Record by Link screen too); web → Calendar → Recording Settings; Desktop 2.2.0 → Settings → Meeting bot.
