Filtering Weekly Open Actions Report

For the weekly open item reports I would offer a way to filter down to just my actions as the huge list looks onerous. It also could help me focus on what I need to do. A different filter could show what other people need to do so we can hold them accountable when appropriate or pick up the slack if necessary.
