Some recordings will attribute sections of a recording to one person where there are actually 2 speaking. As the transcript is set to the time inside the recording would be great to break a speakers text by adding another speaker Eg A: I propose we should. We aren’t ready to move to any proposals. We have worked through detail sufficiently now. Becomes: A: I propose we should. B: We aren’t ready to move to any proposals. A: We have worked through detail sufficiently now.
