Desktop Support for New YouTube Version

Description: Ensure that the new YouTube transcription version works on desktop as well as mobile. Why it matters: The updated mobile YouTube version is amazing, but desktop users can’t benefit from the update yet.

    Planned — YouTube import is live on mobile and web; the desktop plumbing is actually already in place and just needs the UI wired up.
