I love the tool and use it a lot for work. Instead of having to apply my saved customization to the summary and having to wait for it to re-process, is there a way to we could pick the customization option once the call is over prior to it processing so it’s not having to process twice? Or, could a customization be saved as the default so it doesn’t have to be applied each time?

Definitely would want a feature like this where the user can shape a certain style of summary (and email) and save it as a default (and share that same style across our "Team")

Live everywhere now — no more applying it after the fact. Set it once and every new recording uses it — phone, desktop, web, the Chrome extension, meeting bots and phone calls — and because the emailed notes are that same summary, the email follows too. Where: iPhone/Android → Settings → Personalization → Summary Formats → Default summary style; web (app.wave.co) → Settings → Transcription → Default Summary Style; Desktop → Settings → Transcription → Default Summary Style. Every summary then shows a small "Style: …" label with "your default" so you always know why it looks the way it does, and you can still pick a different style (or Default Wave Summary) for any single recording.
