Custom Instruction Management

Hello! I'm encountering issues deleting custom instructions, and am getting odd behavior where they are sometimes duplicated. Would love a fix for this, as I have meetings that fall into several different "types" that I'd like to have custom instructions for -- but I'd also like to easily adjust these over time, based on how the AI is performing. Thanks!
