It would be nice if we could continue a recording or restart a recording that had already started and accidentally press the stop button? When u press the stop it starts processing it for notes which is fine but it’d be nice If you could say I need to continue a conversation or continue in that same file. I guess you would say.

This will be super useful, whether it's an accident or not. For example, if I have a meeting and then we take a break in the meeting continues, I would love to be able to continue that recording rather than to treat it as two separate recordings.

Update: this is a real feature now. Open the finished recording and tap Continue — Wave records more audio and appends it to the same session, then regenerates the transcript, summary, and action items over the whole thing. iOS/Android 3.9.8 today, Desktop in the next release. Works on plain recordings (not phone calls, meeting bots, or imports) up to the 3-hour transcription limit. Merge is still there when you want to combine two separate sessions.
