Add email/username and password login

Most people use a password manager and its much faster to be able to login with an email and password and even if there is 2fa that allows a much more seamless experience. Please add it.

    Google / Apple / Microsoft is a good system for Wave. While it is a blocker for some users, it prevents an array of problems and keeps it a bit simpler for me. That said, I am open to this in the future.
