It would be incredibly helpful if the system could better recognize and learn individual voices to reduce frequent mislabeling of speakers. Additionally, if a speaker’s name is corrected or updated in the transcript, that change should automatically apply across the entire transcript to maintain consistency.

YES !!! In addition, if notes are added to the summary after the fact, would be nice if the transcript and summary be updated to reflect these notes (i.e. names of organizations, people, acronyms, etc.)

Both parts shipped: Voice ID learns voices and labels speakers automatically across sessions (help.wave.co: voice id automatic speaker identification), and renaming a speaker applies across the entire transcript — with an option to update the summary too.
